the amount of information that has been hidden from us is also hidden in space itself

we cant see stars 300 000- 200 000 light years away, so not entirely true, only with telescopes.

Our universe is expanding with speed faster than light itself so we will never be able to see the end of the end but at the same time nothing can move faster than light

well yes but no, the photons don't have an age, they are always exactly 0 seconds old because they don't experience any time whatsoever. the moment they are created, is the same moment they arrive.

Wait, if the stars we see is from a thousand light years away from us, then if we see a black hole eating up the stars and heading towards earth at the same time. Doesn’t that mean that it had already happened for a thousand light years ago?

tecnicly, if you find a way to teleport far enought into space you can take a look in the past as the light that Is rflected from Earth Is still in space. so with an enought advanced zoom in you could look at things before your birth, even millions of years in the past

If anyone is wondering why- It is because sunlight is created at the core of the sun it takes billions of years to go through all the layers of the sun so when it comes out it was really made before we were created

All of us are older than humanity. Humans only exist because of the stars and we look up to the sky to see what we have been and what we will become

honest guy :
if you're talking about the visible stars in the milky way like the ones we see or perhaps the ones from the magellanic clouds not really
because yeah, it takes their light as much time as how many light years they're based away
eg. if an star is 100 LY away it's light will be 100 years from before (which almost all space lovers know this fact)
but remember.
the milky way is 100.000 LY across with the Magellan clouds being around the 160.000-200.000 LY away, and humanity can go as old as 2 million years
BUT your point does count if you talk about the stars of the Andromeda galaxy and others
