what's the elbow equivalent of this exercise. I've been doing KOT training for my knees for years and it's been amazing and I have no knee pain anymore. but I have elbow pain from playing tennis etc

Hi @Squat University i have a pain in my left knee. Not the bottom of the kneecap but above. I did a heavy leg extension and after that it hurt. Now after 12 months it still hurts and i cant do any extensions or any quad related exercises. Do you have any idea?
