has he ever explained what that liquid is to confirm this works and just isn’t a fear mongering scam? unless there is lead in the top finished coats then doing this you aren’t actually touching the paint with your mystery liquid. they have expensive machines that can actually accurately measure the amount of harmful substances in objects so i’m very skeptical on this (no disrespect to this person at all!!)
