We also bought a whole cow once lasted us about 7 months. The one thing i will never do EVER again is process it ourselves. We saw, we mince, we packaged,we cut, stuffed etc 😳. I wish i had enough money and space to do it again.

How is it safe in the freezer for so long? I'm totally ignorant here - but most meat I've bought has had a 3 month freezer life. Genuine question - stumbled here from fyp!

I’m from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 and since forever we buy a complete lamp and we cut the meat at home. Now a days you can ask the butcher to per cut for you but you buy the whole lamp
