I needed to see this. Today marks 2 months of severe anxiety and panic and depression that I’ve never experienced—all from one life change. I have days I feel like I will never get through this. And other days I feel decent enough to get through it. It never goes away. It lingers. Mental health is a huge issue and something I will never stop fighting for ever again.
