I have avg 280 fps, good stable ethernet connection, still sometimes its like dropping 50% of the frames sometimes

I have i9 14900k with 4070 super and also 32 gb ram ddr4. And the mother board is prime b760 m. I used to get 500+ fps in cs2. Now only 380 to 400. What should i do?

if you have AMD use processlasso and uncheck core 0 for cs2. gives preformance boost to not use a core that is shared with basically all windows programs. just sayin.
