You seem to be stripping out stuff for no good reason. What’s the point in stripping out perfectly good floor insulation, only to have to replace it later ?

entirely pointless taking out stuff that will be almost idenical to replace. and get this, i built one. and all this insulaion and stick on shiny bubble wrap is pointless. it just takes an extra half hour to lose its heat and rest assured, it will be bloody freezing in cold weather regardless of how much you insulate it.
