The last unicorn is an exceptional melancholic movie about self and immortality that treats the characters with a profound respect and offers the same ambiance as many early ghibli films as it was animated by many of the animators that went on to form studio ghibli.

Flight of Dragons is the first film I ever remember watching, it’s absolutely incredible!! James Earl Jones as the voice of Omadon is genius! Will always love it!

That flaming bull still haunts me. It felt like the last unicorn aired every couple of weeks as a kid, and it was definitely one of my favourites. As an adult, I didn’t realize how much a musical it was with the America soundtrack

I loved Flight of Dragons as a kid. Over the years, I’ve try to talk to people about it, but no one I know seems to remember it. I watched it again a few years ago and it’s still great 🐉

As a life long fan - the novel The Last Unicorn is deep, and challenging, and meaningful. “The unicorn lived in a lilac wood and she lived all alone. She was very old, though she did not know it, and she was no longer the careless color of sea foam but rather the color of snow falling on a moonlit night”.
