Recipe : •1 cup milk •2 tsp yeast •1/4 cup sugar •1 stick butter (brown butter) •1 tsp salt •1 tsp bannna extract •2 tbs banana pudding mix •2 tsp vanilla •2 eggs •4 cup flour ( knead until there’s a stretchy dough consistency) Filling: •1 stick butter •2 tbs cinnamon powder •1 1/2 mashed bananas ( if bananas is not overripe , caramelize the bananas with sugar and cinnamon powder on low heat for 8 mins ) •3 to 4 tbsp sugar or add sugar to your liking Banana cream cheese topping: • 3 tbs Banana pudding( following instructions on the box to make pudding ) • 1 1/2 block cream cheese • ⁠2 tbs powdered sugar (adjust to your taste ) • ⁠2 tsp vanilla • ⁠1 tsp banana extract Pour heavy cream on cinnamon rolls and bake at 350 deg for 25 to 30 minutes. I made these yesterday for me, my hubby, and some friends from work mine made about 10 but 2 I made bigger. and every single person said they were the best cinnamon rolls they have ever had and I agree. 10 out 10!! nicely done.
