@tattoo_matt: Things I don’t care about as your tattoo artist: 1. If you didn’t shave. - I don’t expect you to, and actually if you don’t shave normally I would prefer to do that in the shop in a clean professional manner so that you don’t come all cut up. 2. If you have some suggestions for the design. - While I have been living as a tattoo artist daily for 14 years, have traveled the world and taken countless seminars to learn from some of the best artists to ever do it, and have poured those years of experience into your design for hours and hours, maybe you’ve thought of something I haven’t. Worst case scenario I explain to you exactly why I put what I did where I did, and you leave with a better understanding of your artwork. 3. If you want to move the stencil. - I might want to as well. The bottom line is: this tattoo will be on your body for the rest of your life. I want you to be 110% stoked on not only the design, but the way it fits your body. And we can only do that BEFORE we start tattooing, never after. 4. If you want to bring an emotional support person. - Sometimes we need a little extra support! I am fortunate enough to have my own private space, with enough room to comfortably accommodate you and a friend. We can throw on some movies, or just hang, chat and listen to music while you get tattooed. I aim to make the experience as comfortable as possible. 5. If you tip. - While a tip is, of course, always appreciated, it is never expected! As long as you are able to pay my rate, we’re solid!
