Thing to note: inulin is one of the fibers with a lower tolerability for a lot of people. Definitely start slow if you’re going to supplement! Even for people who are pretty fiber tolerant adding inulin can take a bit to get used to. Good thing to have if you can tolerate it though. Nice video

I don’t know if having just as a powder can actually work like that I think it needs to be fermented in yoghurt for it to actually be able to feed the bacteria
