I used one of those pacifiers that has holes for food and put my frozen breast milk. Breast milk melts quickly and helped with the pain.

i’m not sure if it’s the same for something like this but i know they say not to give babies teething toys from the freezer because it could cause discomfort or frostbite in the baby’s mouth. just a heads up
