Back in the day I worked with an old doc who after he was done giving a patient an injection, he stabbed the needle with syringe still attached into the bed and left it. 🙄 Every single time. And we worked ortho so we did a lot of injections.

Im a vet nurse and one time my vet left needles all over the table. I had to bring the patient back to the owner so I left her. Came back to her having two needle stick injuries. I simply told her to go to a doctor and keep a cleaner work space. She was always the worst with leaving needles UNDER packaging, causing several close calls. So my pity was very limited
