It was just a way to feed my artistic side that I couldn’t fully express in my real job. I had no plan. I had no expectations. Just an amateur home cook with an iPhone and a passion for food and film. Food influencing is an insanely saturated space, and I never thought my little videos would go beyond friends and family. But somehow this side hustle turned into something bigger than I ever imagined So here’s the reminder: Post the video. Start the page. Be cringe. Be awkward. Be bold. I’ve had videos I love completely flop. I’ve had comment sections filled with hate and ridicule. And I’ve kept posting anyway. Because what’s cool is… when you stay real, your people find you. Grateful for everyone who’s supported this journey so far— this steak school family has grown since our first class dropped. From 42k to 100k in 2 months??? Who’s been here from the start??
