I had a real inversion table and they take up a lot of space , I ended up giving it away. This is perfect and doesn't take up a lot of space. 😅 Gotta say I laughed when you turned over with your 🍑 up in the air 😂😅😂. Oh you just helped sell so many more of these for very different reasons 😅.

Hip things are apparently very common in peri and menopausal women. I have gluteal tendinosis. Apparently, tons of women have it. Inversion is one of the best things for it!
