Bambu P1S has been amazing for us! We’ve had it about a month and a half and have printed so many things so easily and no issues yet.

I started on a creality ender 3 S1 pro touted as the "best beginner printer" this was before Bambu. it shipped "quality controlled/inspected" with a warped Gantry beam. I got a BambuLab X1C because I spent 9 months tinkering and fixing, and it still didn't work right after getting the Gantry replaced and a bunch of other things. go with BambuLab!!!

don't waste your money on a bed slinger, get something like a p2s with ams or a k2 with cfs.

as a beginner that just got one, I'm having a blast with the BambuLab P1S. I went over the options with chatgpt, and we decided this one, because it's more plug and play than Creality (which takes more tweaking) and less expensive than Flashforge

I would get a plug and play printer with an AMS. I started with the basic ones (longer lk4 and ender 3) and the learning curve was STEEP and I had a love/hate relationship with 3D printing for a long time. I found the plug and play ones and it absolutely changes everything. If you can afford it, Bambu p2s combo is the best starter. Other options to look into are the Anycubic cobra combo, creality k1 combo, or the Bambu p1s combo just depending on your budget!

Bambu. Low price range: A1 or A1 mini. Mid price range: P1S. High price range: X1C or H2C. ☺️✌

We got our boys a Bambu Lab A1 combo with the AMS for Christmas, and I love it just as much as they do. It’s so beginner friendly! We will eventually upgrade, but stick with Bambu.

I started with a Bambu Labs A1 mini, Now I have a P1S and a P2S. All 3 are great for starting out. Pretty much ready to go with less than 30 mins of set up tine.

bambu p1s if you just want a printer. if you want to do multi color prints easily, get the p1s combo with the ams. super easy and beginner friendly for sure. I'm new, only had mine for a month or 2, but I've not ran into issues like my coworker who has a creality

I started with a Creality Ender last year. It was good but the initial learning curve was steep. Just bought a H2C and while the price difference is big, it’s the software, much better integration.

bambulab A1 combo, new creality that just came out, or anycubic kobra 3 v2 combo. All are great for beginners and around 3- 400 for the combos

Either creality, or Bambu seems to be favored over printing fans. Getting the Sparx myself in a few weeks.

I don’t have one. From my research. The P1S. Thats what I plan on getting. It’s cheap enough to get started but advanced enough to really go crazy with. Get 4 ams and now you can print 16 colors? Pretty cool. But it’s not needed to get started. I’m going to get the combo with the ams2. But even then, that’s not a requirement. You could get it without either the ams or ams2 units and print a single color with it. I want the ams2 because it has a built in dryer. Seems worthwhile if you are in a location with high humidity.
