I got a regular cab in Bukhara. The guy charged me 3 times above the regular ride for that particular stretch. Avoid regular taxi drivers. On the other hand, I strongly recommend Uzbekistan. Beautiful country with polite citizens. The metro stations in Tashkent are stunning. The city is also safe at night. I will always remember Tashkent with love.
