Modified version of the nestle tollhouse cookie: 1 cup salted butter (browned) 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 light brown sugar, packed 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 1/4 cup flour ( 1 1/4 cup bread flour, 1 cup all purpose) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp espresso powder 1.5 cup chocolate chips of choice I baked 2 oz cookies at 350 degrees for 11 minutes (conventional)
