Unfortunately you’ll have to workout ur abs for that if u don’t have it naturally. But to be fair it’s reallllyyy hard for women to get and keep defined abs like ur probably not going to accidentally get abs. Also drink tons of water so that you don’t get bloated

The picture you showed us is def a girl who does a ton of ab workouts, it tightens your core and you don’t have to have a 6 pack if you don’t want to, just work on consistency instead of intensity
