What I’ve done is turned it into matcha ice cubes and use it in my lattes! I drink them before it melts enough to mess with the good flavor

I’ve been loving using my oxidized matcha in smoothies with an apple and frozen strawberries! The color is..interesting, but the taste is great!😂 The matcha powder also helps a bit in covering up the texture of protein powder
