I thought my couch was clean since I vacuum it regularly. After using this, I realized regular vacuuming doesn’t reach what’s deep inside the cushions. It picked up a lot more than I expected.

I’ve had mine for a little over 2 months and it just stopped working. Did everything the manual suggested to troubleshoot the problem and it still won’t work.
