I have one question. Did the couple put a chair or garbage can where they shoveled the snow out? If not, it’s their loss. How’s anyone supposed to know they shouldn’t park there. Thankful for a driveway and garage.

I think we paid enough taxes that the city should do a better job of plowing the street. And if she has a private parking lot, she need to stay there because the other resident can't park inside her lot.

I grew up in the city. I have mixed emotions. I always parked in front of my house ! before a snow storm someone put the car there , he lived 2 streets over. who s spot is it ?

that lady parked her car in a parking garage because she knew the landlord was not going to plow the parking lot. it's an unwritten rule if you dig it it's yours till the snow melts. and most of the time it's neighbor helping neighbor.
