2-3 times a week let’s be honest. Don’t have time everyday working etc. If you have kids you don’t have time.sensitive skin makes me itch so bad and makes me so dry I can’t go in everyday

I did some research and it said over showering can strip your skin of its natural oils and dry it out. Obviously unless you over sweat or live somewhere warm that’s different but yeah…there ya go.
