I don’t care for massive world ending finales and multiverse bs. This is in my opinion the best episode of doctor who I’ve ever watched and I’ve watched from pertwee to gatwa (I’ve watched a few hartnel and troughton episodes from time to time but never watched them chronologically). This episode is art and perfectly represents the brilliant piece of fiction that is doctor who. I could go on a full 10 hour rant about this episode. This is why Steven Moffat needs to become showrunner of doctor who again. RTD had his moments but overall Moffat is the better showrunner when creating emotional dramatic episodes such as this.
