In 2016, I had a full term stillbirth and c section and almost died myself. 8 weeks later I started walking to workout and had a truck full of men drive by me TWICE to moo at me. Meanwhile, me who just went through the worst experience of my life and was trying to do something healthy, just cried the whole way home. People are so disgustingly cruel and to this day l will never forget that moment.

People are so so so mean to us women that are "bigger" it's insane how differently you get treated when you gain weight. I recently saw a woman sitting next to me on a plane texting horrible things to her "bestie" about my weight. I cried on the plane lol.

While I haven’t dealt with this as a personal struggle, I have cut people off because of how they spoke about others’ appearance (not just strangers either - my friends, their friends). It is a very disgusting type of person that speaks that way about others. Says nothing about you and everything about them

I’ve only lost maaayybe 15-20 pounds so far (PCOS sucks) but a client recently told me it looked like I lost weight and followed it up with “you were a big girl… a cute big girl!” Hmmm that don’t feel right with my spirit LOL.
