I'm not sure what state you're in but I use MIDI health for my testosterone.....and so far they have been great...I've been with them 7 months now.

I have the same issue. I feel like I’ve been put on a list by the local doctors 😂, so I started using Midi, I haven’t had any issues since.

Medical providers are not educated on this stuff in school. They learn this "on the job". Many times the "non-medical" community will know significantly more about health and wellness.

You’re seeing the results of an entire generation of healthcare providers not being trained on HRT. The were victims of the WHI study as much as the generation of women who got stiffed. But at this point, they need to go seek the education because it’s out there. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I have been through 3 doctors and I am just so over it. I at least get my hormones and just sadly deal with it. Some symptoms are gone but they dont dose right, mine refuses to increase or try injections because I am not absorbing. My dr wont run blood work unless I demand it and she will only do once a year and last time all my hormones were lower then the previous year and she refused to increase. I am like dr they are lower then last year oh but they are still in normal range 🤦♀️. I was paying $70 a month for compound testosterone that done nothing for me and she refused to do testosterone so I pull from my husbands vial of T and did my own research on dosing for women that have been able to get testosterone injections from their dr. Have had no major side effects. Started very low and have been on the same dose 4 months now. I have a lab who will do hormone testing put of pocket with no dr order so I will be doing that and adjust accordingly. I do feel we know more about menopause and meds for menopause then doctors do and we didnt have to go to school or financial debt for it.

I received the 1.62% gel and it's says use 1/4 pump. How do I measure 1/4 of a pump?… I'm so confused she then sent me 5mg from a compound pharmacy. I don't even know about the side effects she told there are none 😳

I just found out my compounding pharmacy interpreted my doc’s prescription for 1mg E2/E3 troche (.5/.5 for a total of 1mg) as 1mg E2 + 1mg E3 = 2mg. I took this dose for a week, it being double the prescription and double the amount I was previously taking, and felt quite off. Mystery solved as to why. 🙄

Girl, do one of the online providers like MIDI, they’re amazing, zero issues and I love my nurse practitioner. She pretty much goes by my symptoms and lets me try different types of hormones and delivery systems until I got the one that my body loved the most. Now I just ordered the prescription online and pick it up at Walmart.

I switched to injections. O.4 of a ml which she said would be “ 2mg” a week. ( we would move up from there) I knew there was a problem when I only got 2 1/2 shots out of a 50mg/ml vial. No wonder my hair was coming out in hand fulls😳

I have no faith in the medical community. Especially when they call it a medical practice. Which means they are just practicing on us. We all need to be equipped to be our own doctor as we know our body better than they do.

So what I would do if you can email her said how it was sent wrong and what you need exactly. I do this with all my doctors exact pharmacy the days I need it for and prescription amount. They see so many patients makes it easy in everyone. Plus email everyone has the copy and reference back to it. I have some controlled substances and things can get mixed up and testosterone is one of them bc it can be abused and how little you need just write what happened
