You should be able to claim it back on the Lloyds app & they refund you while they investigate, you have to fill out the form a certain way. I wish I could screen record & show you how. I have done this before x

you can't do chargeback on Bank transfers.. it's only applicable to debit card payments

Girl I work for LBG Disputes, it wouldn’t be called a chargeback as you have paid him through bank transfer. You want to speak to Lloyds Fraud Online team they deal with these types of payments and not something you can do on the app 💘 hope this helps x

The CCJ will work, but you do have to follow it through with the High Court. Eventually you will get your money back. The problem you’ve got now is you’ve not gone to the bank for the charge back first so technically speaking it is out of their hands.

Print off bank statements and go into the bank and speak to someone, it’s always better in person and they might be more emphatic
