Please help.. I have 1. Patellar tendon-lateral femoral condyle friction syndrome 2. Inflamed Hoffa's fat pad 3. Bone bruise/stress reaction of the lateral tibial plateau - I literally cannot stand on it how do I heal?? I need help :( I have had four previous meniscus surgeries on the same knee
