Years ago something similar happened at the restaurant I worked at. The wife called and asked if her husband was there. I told him his wife was calling. He said “tell her I’m not here” she was in the parking lot. I told her “he said he isn’t here” needless to say his date didn’t end well 🤷🏻♀️
