to be honest the supreme Court did rule that a border patrol can stop a citizen and ask their residence at least a hundred foot within a border location/check point. but to pull people over on a random street or highway whatever away from a border is not justified by the law. I mean don't get me wrong I'm for border patrol but I'm also poor American rights. now the gentleman could have just said yes I'm from America and he would have been on his way. so I can understand him protecting his amendment rights. but on the other hand we have illegal citizens in America that we're trying to send back so they can choose to be legal US citizens.
