@hicarsondogss: ADOPTED ❤️ For a trendy breed, we sure do see a lot of Frenchies at the shelter. This little guy doesn’t even have a name. Intake just listed him as ‘Bulldog.’ He’s 7 years old, a senior, and he’s really shut down here. Usually I don’t worry too much about dogs like this bc I know they get adopted fast. But something about him broke my heart yesterday. He’s at the Carson Animal Shelter, Gardena CA. Animal ID A5750211 (before the ‘clean the kennels’ comments start …the kennels are cleaned. We’re just short staffed. So no they’re not clean 24/7. The staff we do have work EXTREMELY hard. Shelters aren’t daycares though. They’re not spotless. They’re loud, stressful, and smelly, That’s the reality and I won’t pretend otherwise by showing the public spotless kennels in my vids bc that’s a lie)
