It absolutely does exist in the US! I have clients who hiked between B&Bs in Vermont with porterage. The inns even packed them beautiful picnics. If you’re interested, find a travel agent who does this!

Really inspiring. If you were to suggest the most scenic stretch of the hike (maybe 40 miles or so if someone cannot commit to doing the whole thing) which stretch was the most beautiful scenrary / towns!

So it does exist in the US, but we don’t do it easy mode. You have to actually carry your stuff with you. Check out the Pacific Rim trail hike. It’s 2600 miles and takes 5 months.
