please be sure to keep it at the right temperature (68°f~77°f) to make sure it maintains its full effect! something i didnt know until I did research when I first got my Epipens. I carry my Epipens in a Frio wallet. it's expensive but they have great reviews and lasts for years.

depends on your insurance and where you get your pens from! there are still the pen type epi pens. but the one you have is a newer version and it’s super cool bc it talks to you. it should’ve come with a trainer but if not you can ask your pharmacy if they have an extra. it’ll literally talk to you and tell you what to do hehe it’s super cool!!

Wonder if they gave you this one because it’s easier to carry in your pocket? I haven’t used the Auvi-Q but it’s cool because it will out loud tell you the instructions which can be helpful when you’re using something like that the first time! Did it by chance come with a trainer pen? If so you can practice with that, and if not you may be able to order one!
