Watching this brought back that specific hospital exhaustion where you’re tired but also wired. 😔 I used to feel so depleted after stuff like this until I learned how to support my body instead of staying in constant stress mode, that perspective came from Loren Green’s Eat Like a Woman Protocol and wow it was the best thing I ever read, can’t believe I didn’t know this sooner.

I did that nuclear stress test last summer. It was crazy how it felt like a panic attack. My heart was pounding and felt like I couldn’t breathe.

Whatever the stress test reveals just remember,your heart is in better shape now than it was a year ago. The more weight you lose the less stress you’ll put on it and you’ve already lost a whole other person! I am so proud of you!!
