6 months of hell and then your great if you don’t ruin your skin barrier first. My doctor told me to use it every single day when she prescribed it. So WRONG once a week first week. Twice 2nd week if your skin can tolerate it. I’m 8 months in and can only do twice a week with the sandwich method lowest dose. Clean skin serum with no acid. Tret. Citaplast b5. Monday and Thursday. Citaplast b5 the day after each treatment. It’s fantastic if you can get through the peeling. Know when to fold em and know when to hold em. If your skin is angry use a skin barrier treatment for several days maybe even a week and then start again.
