Been doing this since July 2024. Mindset is the hardest part I think. It’s so freaking weird once you hit certain milestones, how it knocks you once you see a “set back” despite it still being absolutely amazing.

Thank you for this! I’m still new doing this but the roller coaster is very mentally draining! I never would have imagined it would affect a person seeing the fluctuations day to day and month to month. I am excited to see what I will be able to look back on one day as far as growth over a year 😊
