I've had lower back pain for 7 months. Reaching for something in my lower freezer. My back zapped and locked. i was unable to do anything even get out of bed to pee. I get cupping and accupunture. MRI showed normal. im so afraid to bend forward. I dont know where to start. so sick of being achy and afraid
