I fully appreciate this explanation. Do I roll me hair?.... Not yet, I'm in the length retention phase wearing my natural hair in mini twists for the next 6-12 months to achieve rapid or shall I say maximum growth potential while avoiding heat and over manipulation. That's why you popped up on my fyf 😉 and I'm glad because I do need to prep for the phase where that goal is achieved and I'm in the position to wear my hair in a straightened state. I will be doing the least amount of heat possible so thank you for posting these because this is the perfect technique to try to master. Lastly, the cycle syncing is great I didn't realize I do this in my own way. I was my hair during my cycle mostly because it's the time where I feel everything has to be overly clean "it's mental" but also when my hair is the oiliest so to my my scalp feels icky and then I'm all set to go out during ovulation time 😉 I do already track to give myself the two days before and the first day of my menstruation "off" I did not know there was a terminology for this. You've taught me 2 new things and I'm deeply appreciative. Thank you 💯💗💕💕
