I have dysautonomia- if every shower was an everything shower I’d be passing out everyday. I already gave up shaving bc it just isn’t worth the hassle. I wash my body every shower. Wash my hair every 3 days. I don’t stink. When I am in a flare and can’t shower for a couple days and do stink, I stay home. You’re welcome.

i think they are severely mistaking "everything shower" with actually cleaning everything. Every shower you should wash at least do the bare minimum, PTA as brandon rogers put it in that skit ages ago. an everything shower is exfoliating, shaving, moisturizing, deep conditioning treatments, face masks, foot masks, hair masks, etc

Every shower absolutely should NOT be an everything shower, as an everything shower includes shaving and exfoliating. Which shouldn’t be done every shower. I mean, shave every day if you want, but exfoliating too often can fry out and cause damage to your skin.

I have super bad eczema so every shower literally cannot be an everything shower and neither should it be no one should be doing like a 20 step routine everyday thats horrible for your skin

Normal shower: wash hair, body, and face Everything shower: normal shower plus a second shampoo, exfoliating, shaving, moisturizing, conditioner, hair mask, antibacterial soap before scented soap, a post shower 5 step skincare routine, foot mask, trim nails. If every shower became an everything shower, I'd waste so much product that I don't need to be using and definitely mess up my hair and skin
