Shocking place - nowhere near the 5* resort it claims to be. Genuinely the worst holiday we’ve ever had, food is poor, service is nonexistent and the management couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

I visited the resort in Jamaica on February 1-4th with someone that I was dating name AARON TYRIQ WHITE.. After arriving and at the resort and having a good time he was upset about something and we got into a disagreement. Which lead him to choke me multiple times, sit on me and restrain me. In this situation he grabbed a zip lock bag at some point which is when I was able to go to the balcony And scream multiple times for help. Security showed up at some point and just act as if it was an argument but it wasn’t I have pictures of bruising. This person also broke my phone completely shattered it security had to retrieve it. Before leaving that morning I tried to get a copy of the accident report. Although the accident report doesn’t account what I say happened it does account that something happened that day and I needed it in order to file a restraining order on this person. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times no answer and even when I was there I was told they couldn’t help me. The only thing that someone did to help was Andre the night manger. The night of the event he actually allowed me to use the phone to make a call to my family. No one called the police or made him leave the property. I spoke with someone over the phone and through email and yet have received the actual incident report this man is still harassing me through text calls even sent a package to my job. The one incident report could’ve helped me get a restraining order!
