He’s NOT Wrong. Mad King Aerys, Aegon The Unworthy, Aegon II, Aemond Targaryen and Maegor. Every ‘good’ King like Daeron II, Viserys II or Aegon 1/3/5, were sparse. Difference is, Targaryens lost their nukes over time.
