@moveu: Meet Joe. Joe’s path into this work started early. As a kid, he fractured his spine playing baseball and grew up living with constant back pain. Instead of accepting that as “normal,” he became a physical therapist to understand his body, stabilize his spine, retrain his movement, and ultimately fix what he was told was broken. Along the way, he met a goofy dude named Mike and spent years working side by side. Their paths split for a bit. Mike built MoveU. Joe kept doing the work, training everyone from everyday people to professional athletes and celebrities. A couple years ago, they reconnected with the same mission in mind. Joe still runs his own rehab clinic, but his bigger vision is helping MoveU grow into a worldwide movement. He may not be the loudest in the room or bring the same energy as Doc Mike, but what he brings is real, grounded, and earned.
