Slapping her several times, then dragging her down by her hair and tossing her……ALL WHILE SHE WAS ALREADY CUFFED is the issue. She shouldn’t have resisted but she was cuffed when she struck her. She was cuffed and the cop already had backup. She did way too much

All the officer had to do was say “hey miss Dawn, were you aware that your license is suspended”. Should she have still got out? Absolutely. But for whatever reason the officer chose violence.
