Even after I hold my daughter upright for ten, fifteen, 20 minutes after feeding, once I lay her down, inevitably she spits up 😩😩😩

I swear by the walking outside rule, I didn’t care if it was the middle of the night that will reset their body and stop crying and they will fall asleep right after coming back inside. I would stand outside for like 2-5 minutes at least

Me and my boy are sitting outside on the patio while he naps in a contact nap in Canadian winter I just stuff him in my coat he stays cozy and he’s a little heater to me also so I’m warm lol ❤
