1. Good Credit (Tier 1), 2. Savings ( I put down $2,500 ) to save on financing fees. 3. Research & Patience ( bought a newer used car , low miles still under factory warranty) 4. Negotiated w/ dealership. 5. Pre approval from credit union. 6. Over 25 pay less in insurance. 7. Also I have Gap and extended warranty, monthly is $480. Bonus tip : pay half on your car every 2 weeks you sneak extra payments in.
