But aren’t they using AI tools in their recruitment jobs?…and haven’t they been using ATS scanners for many years to simplify their jobs? If you’re looking for work, and learning and using the newest available technology and tools to apply for jobs, doesn’t that make you a stronger candidate?

Yet it's fully ok for companies to paste AI written job descriptions, use AI to auto filter out applicants CVs, use AI generated interview questions, or even have AI agents conduct the interviews.

If done correctly no one will now (and having the vibe is not objective enough). You gotta remember AI is "fed" with formal and academic language (for the most part) since those texts are consistent unlike informal speech, that's why a lot of software that tries to detect AI throws a lot of false positives
