@shaynateresetaylor: Most of what we call "triggers" are just parts of us that are asking to be heard. I truly believe the ultimate goal of the human experience is to reach a place where nothing outside of us has the power to activate or derail us. Not because life stops happening, but because we've come to understand our inner world so deeply that we no longer live in reaction to it. Every trigger is an invitation. An invitation to step out of victimhood. To look honestly in the mirror. To see how the world around us is simply reflecting the dialogue we're still carrying within. Reactivity is a gift. It shows us exactly where we're being called to grow, soften, and return to love. And each time we listen instead of react, we move closer to true inner freedom. Welcome to a new chapter of how I'm sharing here. You may know me for sun-soaked Italy moments, but I'll be weaving in more of these deeper, podcast-style reflections, the kind of wisdom I'll be teaching more fully inside @she who returns . I can't wait to share more What topics would you like me to touch on? #triggers #spirituality #innerwork
💗Agree, even when they think I’m bitter or depressed because I learn to set boundaries in a calm way, to no longer be involved in the same environment. Hardest thing to do but the best thing I’ve done 🥲

This reframed “triggers” in such a powerful way. Awareness really is the doorway to freedom.
