@thechrisdo: I was drowning in work, unable to scale, and close to burning out. The reason? I wasn’t able to grow my team. I was crippled with the hiring/firing process. When things didn’t work out, I blamed myself… Maybe I didn't explain the role well enough. Maybe I didn’t give it long enough. Maybe I was unrealistic. Luckily for me, I got help. I learned how to hire the right people, and haven’t looked back. We made more money, did better work, attracted higher profile clients, and I worked fewer hours. The right team made all the difference. A bad hire doesn't just cost money. It erodes your confidence. It saps the energy you need to keep building. And the fear of repeating that mistake? It keeps you small. You convince yourself it's easier to do everything alone. To stay lean. To avoid the risk. But that's a trap. Your business can't grow if you're the bottleneck. The right team changes everything. Not just what you can accomplish, but how you show up every day. Learn how LinkedIn Hiring Pro helps you hire right the first time.
