That happened to me the first time I started creatine! I broke out an got shingles! However, the second time I started taking it I was fine! Switch brands! Creatine is worth researching to find what works for you!

You can drive yourself crazy trying to determine the 'cause'. Sometimes the cause especially for this with treatment resistant acne, is simply your bodies own sensitivity to hormones and an over active immune system.

Suffered with terrible hormonal acne at 21, have had clear skin past 9 years thanks to treatment, started creatine 5 weeks ago and skin has flared up so bad to what it used to be, immediately stopped, just not worth it 🥺

YES GIRL. i was on prediscripted differin and zindaclin. usually, nothing could me break anymore and i was so blessed– till i started creatine for gym reasons and began to get the eorst cystic acne EVER.
