I'm 10 lbs from my 100lb goal and it has gone really well. I'm very nervous though because I still crave a snack before bed. The rest of the day I discovered my food noise had to do with boredom. I avoid boredom, not on purpose, but because we started a farmstead and I don't have time for boredom. That nighttime snack calls loudly though. anAnd it's never a healthy snack screaming at me.

❤️❤️I’m 234lbs and I work in LE. I just lost 15lbs recently and gained it back again. I want to fit better in my uniform, be in better shape for the job, and love the way I look. I played college sports so I’m not shy when it comes to hard work, and know my way around the weight room well. I just struggle with perfectionism, all or nothing mindset, binging and not wanting to work out. I just want to be comfortable again

i have issues because i live in an area with a long and cold winter. i’m very active during the summer and ended up losing 40 pounds. but with the winter all i do is stay inside an eat and ive gained like 11 pounds. i’m to scared of the gym so idk what to do lol
